The VOKA service is a service that allows you to watch television programs and video content (hereinafter referred to as content)

General provisions

1. The fact of using the VOKA service means the service user agrees with this Procedure.

2. The client is responsible for all actions taken through the use of the VOKA service, as well as their consequences.

3. Client's responsibilities:

3.1. The Client undertakes to comply with the conditions set out in this Procedure.

3.2. The client independently ensures that he has the equipment necessary for the functioning of the VOKA service, or receives it for use from the company (if the company has the opportunity), by contacting the company’s office and concluding an additional agreement.

3.3. The Client undertakes not to allow or permit third parties to use the service for the purpose of its public display, i.e. any display or transmission of content by any technical means in a place open to the public or in a place where a significant number of persons outside the normal family circle are present.

3.4. The Client undertakes not to carry out actions (or inaction) that could lead to: duplication, copying, recording, reproduction on tangible media, as well as to distribution, provision to third parties or use in any other way not expressly provided for in this Procedure, content in as a whole and/or any of its constituent programs and/or part thereof, as well as any of the content elements and (or) any materials transferred to it in accordance with the VOKA service: films, TV shows, etc.

4. The company does not guarantee the correct playback of content on all subscriber devices without exception.

5. The company is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred as a result of the client transferring his authorization data to third parties.

6. The company is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided, changes in the schedule or interruption of the display of certain materials presented to the client as part of the VOKA service, since the company is not the manufacturer of all materials that make up the content.

7. Information about tariffs, packages and TV channels of the VOKA service is available on the company’s Internet resources www.a1.by, www.voka.tv/about and www.internet.a1.by/iptv.

8. The content provided as part of the VOKA service packages is governed by the company’s contractual relations with online cinemas.

9. Viewing the content of online cinemas is possible only if you have an Internet connection.

10. The company has the right to make changes to the list of content provided as part of the packages, as well as to make changes to the list of channels within the package at its discretion, namely, disable channels, add new ones, replace existing channels with similar topics or content, change the order numbers, etc. without further notice.

11. In everything else not regulated by this Procedure, the user of the VOKA service and the company are guided by the provisions of the agreement for the provision of telecommunication services or the agreement for the provision of VOKA services (for clients with whom there is no agreement for the provision of telecommunication services), respectively, concluded between the user and the company .

12. The company has the right to unilaterally change this Procedure by publishing changes on the official website of the company www.a1.by and www.internet.a1.by

Features of providing the VOKA service in any network

1. You can use the VOKA service on the website www.voka.tv; using the VOKA application for mobile devices with operating systems (OS) Android (version 5.0 and higher) and iOS (version 9.0 and higher), VOKA application for set-top boxes based on the Android operating system, Android TV, Apple TV, for TVs based on the operating system LG webOS, Tizen OS, Android TV systems. When using a SMART TV or a set-top box recommended by the company, the company guarantees high-quality broadcast of the service only if connected directly via cable from the router to the terminal device playing the service.

2. The VOKA service is provided by subscription. Service packages available for subscription:

VOKA TV Basic subscription for 30 days (access to TV channels),

VOKA TV Extended subscription for 30 days (access to TV channels)

VOKA Films and TV series subscription for 30 days (access to video content of online cinemas MEGOGO, ivi, Start, Amediateka)

VOKA Children subscription for 30 days (access to films, cartoons and series of online cinemas ivi, MEGOGO, Disney studio content)

VOKA TV+ (access to TV channels)

VOKA All Inclusive (access to all content of the VOKA service, except VOKA TV+)

VOKA Sports subscription for 30 days (access to sports TV channels and broadcasts of sports sections).

3. VOKA service packages that are not available for a new connection:

VOKA TV subscription for 1 day (access to TV channels)

VOKA video (access to films and TV series)

MEGOGO (access to the film library of the MEGOGO online cinema)

VOKA TV and MEGOGO (access to TV channels and film library of the MEGOGO online cinema)

3.1. VOKA service packages that are not available for connection in the “Subscriptions” section:

Amediateka (access to films and TV series of the online cinema amediateka.ru)

START (access to films and TV series from the Start online cinema)

Ivi (access to films and TV series of the ivi online cinema)

“The Magic World” (access to films, cartoons and TV series).

The comprehensive package VOKA TV and MEGOGO can be valid simultaneously with the VOKA TV or MEGOGO packages

4. Subscription period – 1 day, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 365 days, 730 days, 1095 days. The subscription is renewed automatically for each subsequent period until the VOKA service user cancels the subscription. Subscriptions for 90, 180, 365, 730,1095 days are automatically renewed upon expiration with a subscription period of 30 days. At the same time, a subscriber can have only one subscription to a specific package (for 1, 30, 90, 180, 365, 730, 1095 days).

5. The cost of the subscription is debited in full at a time from the balance of the client’s personal account when connecting, renewing or changing the subscription.

6. The VOKA service provides the opportunity to use TVOD content. Services Access to TVOD content, according to Appendix 1, represent access to viewing one unit of content on a one-time request for a limited period of time without automatic renewal.

7. The cost of Access to TVOD content depends on the category. The cost is debited upon connection in full at a time from the balance of the client’s personal account. Access to viewing the service is active for 30 days from the date of payment. After you start viewing content, the service is available for 48 hours.

8. The VOKA service provides the opportunity to use PPV content. Services Access to PPV content, according to Appendix 2, represent access to online viewing of one unit of content on a one-time request for the duration of the online broadcast of the content without automatic renewal.

Appendix 2:

9. The cost of Access to PPV content depends on the category. The cost is debited upon connection in full at a time from the balance of the client’s personal account. Purchasing Access to PPV content is possible 30 days before the online broadcast.

10. The Event Archive service, according to Appendix 3, provides access to viewing one piece of content an unlimited number of times during the period the content is available for viewing. Purchasing the right to view the content of the VOKA service The archive of events is provided in advance, before the period of availability of the content for viewing. The cost depends on the category and is debited in full from the balance of the client’s personal account upon granting the right to view at a time. Service without automatic renewal. The date the content was viewed is not recorded.

Appendix 3:

11. Subscription to the VOKA service and deactivation of the subscription is carried out using the functionality of the VOKA mobile application, the website www.voka.tv, the VOKA application for set-top boxes based on the Android operating system, Android TV, Smart TV (LG, Samsung) or a promotional code (subscription activation only ). A promotional code is a unique alphanumeric combination that allows you to get a discount on a service. Subscriptions for 90, 180, 365,730,1095 days can only be activated using a promotional code.

12. Terms of provision of the VOKA service to the company’s subscribers who are served under A1 tariff plans:

12.1. When viewing service content in the VOKA application, Internet traffic is not charged. When viewing content on the page www.voka.tv, Internet traffic is not charged for all service packages, except for content MEGOGO, ivi for packages VOKA Children subscription for 30 days, VOKA Films and TV series subscription for 30 days, MEGOGO, ivi, VOKA TV+ MEGOGO, VOKA ALL INCLUSIVE.

12.2. The use of the VOKA application is possible both in the A1 network and in the networks of other Internet providers and cellular mobile telecommunications operators in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

12.3. Internet traffic of the VOKA service when viewing content on the networks of other Internet providers and cellular mobile telecommunications operators is charged at the rates of Internet providers and cellular mobile telecommunications operators.

12.4. The service is not provided to A1 subscribers in the company’s network in the following cases:

Disabling outgoing communications;

Disabling incoming and outgoing communications, including when using the Pause service. In this case, the cost of subscription to the service is not charged.

12.5. If a proxy server is used in the Internet access settings on the subscriber’s mobile device, the traffic of the VOKA service in the A1 network is charged at the rates of the “Mobile Internet” service (the included traffic of the tariff plan or package of the “Mobile Internet” service is consumed).

12.6. Subscription to VOKA TV Basic is included in the price of tariff plans WEB 10+ VOKA, Comfort 16, Smart Infinite, Business class, lemon, lemon X, tariff plans of the Unlim line and Internet packages 3000 + VOKA TV, 5000 + VOKA TV. A subscription to the ivi package is included in the price of the lemon Y tariff plan. A subscription to the Magic World package is included in the price of the lemon Z tariff plan.

12.6.1. Access to VOKA TV Basic channels provided as part of tariff plans/Internet packages is terminated when the Internet packages are turned off, or when the tariff plan/Internet package is changed to another that does not include a VOKA TV Basic subscription in the subscription fee.

12.7. If an additional agreement is concluded with the obligation to use the VOKA TV package for 30 days, the cost of the subscription will be charged in full according to the tariffs of the VOKA service. The VOKA TV package for 30 days has been renamed to VOKA TV Basic subscription for 30 days.

13. Terms of provision of the VOKA service to the company’s clients with whom an agreement on the provision of telecommunication services has not been concluded, and to subscribers of the Unitary Enterprise “A1” who are served under PRIVET tariff plans (hereinafter referred to as PRIVET subscribers):

13.1. The VOKA service is provided to individuals - clients of the company with whom an agreement on the provision of telecommunication services has not been concluded, as well as to PRIVET subscribers.

13.2. Payment for the VOKA service is made using the personal account number assigned to the service user after connecting the VOKA service.

13.3. The VOKA service is provided on an advance payment basis. If there are no funds on the personal account balance, the provision of services is suspended.

13.4. When viewing the content of the VOKA service on the company’s mobile network, the Internet traffic of PRIVET subscribers is not charged when using the application. When PRIVET subscribers view content on the page www.voka.tv, Internet traffic is not charged for all service packages, except for content MEGOGO, ivi for VOKA packages Children subscription for 30 days, VOKA Films and TV series subscription for 30 days, MEGOGO, ivi, VOKA TV+ MEGOGO, VOKA ALL INCLUSIVE.

13.5. Clients of the company who have not concluded an agreement for the provision of telecommunication services can obtain additional information about the VOKA service on the official Internet resources of the company www.a1.by, internet.a1.by and www.voka.a1.by, in the reference and information desk service at number 150 (the call is free from all operator networks in the Republic of Belarus), at A1 sales and service centers.

14. VOKA service is not provided in international roaming. The connection established as a result of an attempt to access the content of the VOKA service is charged in accordance with the tariffs of providers providing the roaming service. When a roaming package is connected, the Internet traffic of the roaming package is consumed first, then the Internet traffic is charged according to the current roaming tariffs of the tariff plan.

Features of providing the VOKA service over an Ethernet or GPON A1 network

1. To use the service, the client must have terminal equipment certified in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the configuration and characteristics of which are capable of meeting the minimum technical requirements for receiving the VOKA service. To play audio in stereo mode, the client's equipment must support the playback of two audio channels (at least two speakers).

2. The list of regions, as well as additional conditions under which the provision of the VOKA service is possible, are indicated on the company’s website.

3. Playing the VOKA service is possible on the TV screen when using an STB set-top box recommended by the company. When using an STB (set-top box), the company guarantees the quality of broadcasting the service only if it is connected directly via cable from the router to the terminal device reproducing the service (STB).

4. The VOKA service is provided within the Company’s tariff plans. The package of channels provided to the client is regulated by the terms of the tariff plan chosen by the client.

5. The period of provision of the VOKA service is equal to the validity period of the tariff plan within which this service is provided. It is not possible to disable the VOKA service provided within the tariff plan.

6. In case of violation by the client of clause 3.4. section General provisions of this Procedure, the client is deprived of the right to receive the service (the provision of the service is terminated) and the company has the right to collect a fine of 15 basic units for each case of violation. If the damage caused by the client or the company's losses incurred as a result of such actions (inaction) of the client exceeds the amount of the fine, then the company has the right to collect an additional fine from the client until all losses associated with the proceedings for violation of clause 3.4 are covered. section General provisions of this Procedure.
